Overview:
• We deliver personalized installment loans to support our customers' financial needs. This role entails supporting all aspects of branch operations and is an excellent opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of management, lending, personnel supervision, and collections.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a career-oriented mindset, driven by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist every customer in a professional manner
• Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility
• Educate and upsell customers on all product offerings, including loan options and insurance products
• Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collection calls
• Promote new loans to both existing and new customers through solicitation calls
• Support the Branch Manager in all facets of branch operations and step in as a backup manager when needed

Hourly Rate: $16.50 - $23.00
The hourly rate represents the anticipated range for this position based on the state average. The actual hourly offered will be determined by various factors, including location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with occasional evenings or Saturdays
