We are looking for a diligent real estate appraiser to produce credible and viable results for clients and other intended users. You will be responsible for aggregating, analyzing, interpreting and reporting on appraisal data.
Responsibilities
Assist State Certified Appraiser in gathering and documenting property data for appraisal reports
Evaluate properties to establish market values and property ratings using internal and external sources
Make on site visits, inspect property and interview clients
Examine all variables that impact property’s present or future value (comparable home sales, previous sales records, future developments etc)
Prepare reports that fully explain assessment results and outline methods used
Document procedure and backup data
Keep abreast with all current regulations, standards and best practices
Skills
Previous Appraiser experience is a HUGE plus.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Software
Sharp attention to detail
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
Clickforms experience a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
