About Our Faculty
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is home to a talented and dedicated team of educators and professionals, and we are seeking highly qualified adjunct faculty members to join our ranks.
We offer a range of courses in English as a Second Language (ESL) and linguistics, and our students come from diverse backgrounds and academic disciplines.
As an adjunct faculty member, you will have the opportunity to work with our students, designing and delivering engaging and effective courses, and contributing to our departmental team's efforts to provide high-quality education and training.
Responsibilities
• Teach courses in ESL composition, Second Language Assessment, Second Language Acquisition, and/or Sociolinguistics
• Develop and implement curriculum plans, assessments, and evaluations
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Qualifications
• Master of Arts in TESL, ESL Education, or Modern Languages, with an emphasis in Applied Linguistics
• Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs
