We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate OVERNIGHT. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling member inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the front desk, handle member inquiries, and respond to phone calls and emails.
• Process payments, manage membership sales, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the gym.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in using computer software.
• Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
