What You Will Do

As an Overnight Seasonal Stock Receiver, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our store is clean, safe, and well-stocked with the products our customers need. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing friendly and professional interactions, responding promptly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring that merchandise is accurately stocked and presented in a way that is appealing to customers.
• Practicing and promoting safe work practices to maintain a secure environment.

This Seasonal Associate role focuses on key responsibilities that help us meet our mission to provide high-quality service and products. You may also assist in other areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented attitude.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be necessary for meetings, training, or support at neighboring stores, but regular travel is not required.

What We're Looking For

As a Seasonal Associate, you will typically be scheduled for 10 to 40 hours weekly, with possible additional hours based on store needs. We require availability in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings throughout the week, and specifically for this role, late evenings, night-time, and early mornings may be needed.

The position demands physical stamina to handle tasks that may involve prolonged standing and lifting. Minimum lifting capabilities include:
• 25 pounds without assistance (for most roles)
• 10 pounds without assistance (for Front End roles)

Qualifications for Success

Minimum Qualifications:
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic for roles such as Assembler and Receiver/Stocker.
• For Customer Service Associates: 6 months of experience using a computer to manage information and 6 months of experience operating a handheld device.

Preferred Qualifications:
• For Assembler & Receiver/Stocker positions: 3 months of experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• For Customer Service Associates: 6 months of retail experience with skills in customer engagement, issue resolution, and product knowledge.

All candidates must meet any state or local licensing requirements if needed for the position within the first 60 days of employment.
