- Provides essential office functions to include: answering of telephones; replying to emails and main office voicemails
- Provide front-line customer service.
- Assists with No Show and Drop/Add processes.
- Assists with President and Dean's List processing/mailing.
- Monitors office supplies and makes requests for replenishing.
- Assist with other related specified duties and projects (i.e., President and Dean's List Certificates) as assigned by Registrar's staff members.
