This full-time position involves moderate to complex work in appraisal preparation. Position requires strong analytical and decision making skills to establish values, creative problem solving skills, understanding of CAMA software, and ability to discuss property values with taxpayers respectfully. High level of detail and accuracy desired.

Duties include but are not limited to: Researching data, inspection of property, determination of characteristics, collect and review field data, analysis of sales and market data, and communication with taxpayers.

Mass appraisal experience preferred (2 or more years), Florida State Certified appraiser with a minimum of 3 years experience. Must be computer literate with MS Excel and Word, and possess a valid Florida driver’s license.
