The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in helping us achieve this mission by creating compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
• Develop visually stunning designs for digital and print mediums.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and paid advertising teams to create cohesive visual experiences.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Partner closely with Paid Ads team to create industry-leading ad designs.
• Provide graphic design support for external agencies.
• Maintain and manage the company's digital marketing calendar.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in graphic design or marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Shopify and web design tools such as HTML and CSS.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
• Possession of a strong passion for the outdoor and hunting industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
