• Manage store employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for appearance and safety.
• Drive sales growth through effective merchandise presentation, including visual displays and product placement.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of popular items and minimizing waste.
• Monitor store finances, including cash handling and reconciliations.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale systems.
