We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Marketplace department as a Senior Manager of Marketplace Catalog. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the marketplace catalog provided by vendors and marketplace partners, developing and implementing the department's go-to-market strategy, and coordinating with the sales function. You will manage a team of in-house marketplace development specialists, product managers, and sales enablement specialists.
What you will do:
• Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships with marketplace partners, serving as the main contact for communication and collaboration. Participate in client calls/on-sites when needed to provide expertise in the Awardco redemption offering and experience.
• Catalog Development: Lead an internal team of marketplace specialists and product owners dedicated to supporting and expanding the marketplace offering.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements in team workflows, collaborating with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects related to marketing and product management, overseeing planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality standards in vendor SLA adherence to maintain brand integrity and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Analyze market data and performance metrics to identify trends, address issues, and support informed decision-making.
What you will bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management preferred or experience in a related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) in people management.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering professional slide decks with proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar presentation software, ensuring clarity, visual appeal, and effective communication of key messages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
