At Evara Health, we believe in healthcare without barriers. From Primary Care to Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Dental, and more—we’re redefining what community health looks like.
If you're looking to launch your career in HR with a team that's fun, innovative, people-first, and deeply mission-driven—this is your opportunity.

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you’ll help power the day-to-day operations that keep our people supported and our organization moving forward. Collaborate on team-wide projects and initiatives: Jump in on strategic priorities—whether it's process improvements, recognition programs, or compliance audits—lending operational support that helps our department excel.
Help draft announcements, prepare content for internal newsletters, assist in planning team events, and contribute to creative projects like culture campaigns and social media content.
Guide new employees through onboarding steps, collect required documentation, and ensure all systems and accounts are ready on day one—setting the tone for a strong start.
Identify ways to streamline tasks and enhance employee experiences using tools like Microsoft Suite, AI platforms, and modern HR tech.
Provide HR systems support: Schedule recurring check-ins, prep materials, manage invites, and track action items to ensure follow-through and efficiency.
Maintain digital files, organize licensure and credentialing documents, and ensure all employee data is accurate and up to date across internal systems.
Have a degree (or experience) in HR, business, or administrative support
29 days of paid time off to start (18 PTO, 10 holidays, 1 birthday)
