This full-time entry-level position will be performing property due diligence using Google, Municipal Websites, and other online resources. Once the research is complete, you will compile reports and send this information to respective clients. This is a vital part of any real estate closing, and they need detail-oriented people with strong computer skills to help secure a clear closing for clients! - This is a full-time remote position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

- High school Graduate or GED, Required
- 2+ years of office administrative work or 2 years of customer service, Strongly Preferred
- Dependable High-Speed Internet and a distraction-free work area.
- Computer with Windows 10 Operating System & at least 8GB RAM & Firewall Protection
- Two monitors (or laptop and an additional monitor)
- Basic computer peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headset with mic & webcam)
- Customer service and relationship building skills
- Technical Understanding of real-estate industry
- Time management skills
