The Event Marketing Events will be responsible for coordinating a range of in-person and virtual events for Lionbridge, including trade show sponsorships and speaking opportunities, externally facing webinars, and internal meetings around the world. You will partner with stakeholders in diverse roles, business units, and geographies to develop events that advance Lionbridge's organizational goals and resonate with target audiences. The right candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated team player with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-caliber results. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class Marketing team in a fast-paced environment and play an essential role in Lionbridge's next phase of innovation and growth.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate all aspects of in-person and virtual events for Lionbridge, including thematic development, logistics, production, budget oversight, venue management, and vendor procurement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to research, propose, and develop event topics that support Lionbridge's growth strategy across key verticals and geographies
- Develop and execute effective event promotion strategies through social media, email, digital and print advertising, online landing pages, and other relevant channels
- Deliver webinar programs including platform ownership and administration, agenda development, presenter bookings, registration management, and hosting/moderation
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in event planning, webinar administration, and digital marketing in order to consistently deliver memorable and distinctive experiences
To Be Successful You Will Have
- 3+ years of corporate event planning experience within a B2B environment, preferably for both in-person and virtual audiences
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Passion for building collaborative relationships with colleagues, senior leaders, industry influencers, and external partners around the world
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft event promotion strategies and materials for external and internal audiences
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, or similar field
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to onsite events or meetings as required
