We are seeking a skilled Car Restorer to join our team at the Tesla Collision Repair Program. As a key member of our progressive vehicles department, you will work closely with our experienced technicians to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Restore vehicles to their original condition using various techniques and tools.
• Inspect, adjust, and certify equipment to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
• Keep accurate records of time and materials to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management to demonstrate adaptability and teamwork.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of customer cars to provide a positive customer experience.
• Apply knowledge of methods and techniques for detailing vehicles, including wet sanding, polishing, buffing, waxing, etc., to achieve showroom-like results.
• Utilize basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles efficiently to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
• A willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues and the public to foster a positive work environment.
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines to ensure seamless project execution.
• Work collaboratively in a team-based environment to achieve common goals and drive business success.
• Certificate in Automotive Technology and retail automotive service experience are highly valued to ensure expertise and credibility.
• A valid driver's license is preferred to enable flexibility in work assignments.
