The Opportunity
Adobe’s Digital Media Sales Strategy & Execution team seeks to achieve operational excellence and efficiency for our B2B sales. The team’s key objectives include driving the planning behind our biggest strategic programs, and increasing our sales velocity through our Sales Systems & Tools, whilst implementing sales efficiency across our Global support functions. The Sales Strategy Manager opportunity will focus on our large, corporate wide, annual sales planning initiatives and will be a key member driving initiatives from ideation to execution.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales & PMM leadership to drive alignment on planning, strategy, objectives and execution for our biggest annual sales initiatives
- Develop an aligned cross-functional and quantified view of our Sales opportunity and drive territory coverage optimization, sales resource and quota planning.
- Drive metric creation to measure the impact of our initiatives, ultimately increasing our sales productivity, and uncover new revenue growth levers
- Collaboration with wider Strategy, Sales, Product, Marketing, Biz Ops, Analytics, Enablement teams to develop effective strategic alignment and operating models across the teams
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- +8 years experience in Strategy, Operations, Analytics, consulting/software preferred
- Ability to build a vision, strategy & plan that can scale quickly in a large B2B business
- Track record designing business process, capacity modelling & territory planning.
- Proactive & self starter with experience driving strategic initiatives
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships at senior level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tell a story relevant to the audience, at all managerial levels.
