Job Description
Morgan Hunter is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our growing team in Kansas City. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide day-to-day support to our VP of Fulfillment & Production and the Director of Fulfillment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple complex calendars, prioritize meetings, color-code schedules, and make timely adjustments
• Coordinate all travel for 6–8 team members, typically 3–4 trips/month (flights, hotels, rental cars, and itineraries)
• Serve as the front desk point of contact, greet visitors, and assist team members throughout the day
• Support internal and external events, including giveaways and team huddles
• Oversee day-to-day office needs, supplies, vendor coordination, breakroom, badge creation, and safety records
• Assist with onboarding and training, help facilitate orientations, promotions, and ongoing development
• Collaborate with and manage remote admin team members and training staff
• Keep shared systems and files organized, update SOPs, safety info, and team resources
• Partner with other office managers to align on cross-department initiatives
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of Executive Assistant and/or Office Management experience
• Strong experience in calendar management, travel coordination, and internal communication
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexible and willing to pivot as needed
• Comfortable working onsite full-time and interacting with leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), com, Smartsheets, OneNote, and Tableau a plus
