Bergaila is seeking Business Development Professionals to join its Midland office. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in process-driven sales and a commitment to high standards of work ethic and customer service. This role is particularly suited for individuals with experience in contract staffing, as it involves engaging with clients in the oil and gas, engineering, and construction sectors. The Bergaila Companies, established in 1987 and headquartered in Houston, TX, is recognized as a leading supplier of contract engineering and technical staffing services. The company prides itself on its service excellence and its ability to adapt to the unique needs of its clients, viewing them as partners in success. In this position, the Business Development Professional will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with prospects and existing customers within their designated territory. This role encompasses the development of new business opportunities as well as the expansion of existing client relationships. Effective communication and collaboration with internal staff, contractors, and clients are essential components of this role. The successful candidate will be expected to engage in strategic problem-solving to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs. The responsibilities include new account development, expanding current relationships, and delivering strategic solutions to challenges faced by clients. Candidates must demonstrate proven business development experience, preferably with a background in contingent labor, and possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Additionally, candidates must be able to pass drug and background checks and be willing to travel for offsite meetings.
