The Benefits Strategy & Development team is accountable for driving membership growth by expanding the Walmart+ value proposition through the development of new member benefits and other strategic initiatives.
We are looking for a talented Senior Manager II to lead non-benefit value proposition initiatives that deepen the relevance and drive further adoption of the Walmart+ membership offering. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business. This individual must be a team player and must be able to collaborate with and influence partners across the organization.
What you’ll do…
- Identify, scope, prioritize and lead development of value proposition expansion opportunities as the business lead, in partnership with product, design, engineering and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Insights and Member Experience & Care teams to assess member feedback and identify gaps in the membership offering.
- Partner with product and technology teams on discovery workstreams and integrate feature development into Walmart+ product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute go-to market strategy.
- Analyze business metrics and member behavior to ensure new initiative launches are being utilized and are adding value to Walmart+ members. Drive continuous optimization and improvement of these initiatives by identifying areas of opportunity and securing buy-in from key partner teams to further pursue.
- Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open-Door Policy.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years' experience in strategy, business development, merchandising, data analytics, consulting, or related field OR 6 years' experience in strategy, business development, merchandising, data analytics, consulting, or related field.
