We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive our high-level marketing events and create professional marketing materials. This role will partner with Directors of Sales and other Sales leaders to identify opportunities to reach out, educate, and delight Graybar customers.
This is not just about party planning; it's about identifying ways to delight both internal and external customers. As our Marketing Specialist, you will create flyers, handouts, invitations, and other written communications that showcase our brand.
You will be a proactive, assertive personality who takes ownership to find opportunities, partners with sales leaders, and moves fast when taking action.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and execute large events with multiple vendors.
• Create marketing materials using graphic design programs such as Adobe, Canva, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to implement various internal and external communications for the company.
• Analyze and report on the performance and effectiveness of marketing programs.
• Maintain brand standards.
Your Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Customer Relationship Management systems, and content management systems.
• Creative skills in design, composition, and aesthetics.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to perform data analysis and use software to collect, maintain, and analyze data.
