The Executive Team Leader Human Resources role at Target is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders to champion change, remove roadblocks, and build diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission.
You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure equitable experiences, strengthen inclusion acumen, and promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging that embraces the contributions of all team members.
• Create and manage HR strategies and goals to drive business results
• Deliver results through your team by providing coaching and guidance
• Recruit, select, and develop hourly team members and leaders
• Skill in interpreting financial reporting and data analysis
We are looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, can manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
