Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and maintain clean, accurate Direct Marketing customer data to ensure successful mailings reach their destinations.
• Train, mentor, and manage the data hygiene team’s schedules and workflows, fostering a productive environment.
• Address and resolve customer issues related to catalog mailings or address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Database Manager to troubleshoot and rectify customer information challenges.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Meticulous and organized with a strong focus on detail.
