PART_TIME
A local rental property company is looking for a dependable person to help clean. Applicant should be someone who is able to work with limited direction and takes pride in the quality of his/her work. The position is part-time up to full time depending on the quality of work. This position can be flexible to work around other part-time jobs as well with no set schedule - but may include more hours during certain times of the year. Applicants must have their own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Duties include:
- Cleaning units after tenants move out.
- Cleaning common areas in commercial and residential buildings.
- Some light yard-work if/when needed or requested
Work Remotely:
- No
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $15.75 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
