Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
About this Role:
Perform credit analysis and underwriting on Commercial Credit Card applications, including financial analysis; Decision large Commercial Card applications using established and sound credit practices and in accordance with applicable policies, laws and regulations; Prepare loan memorandums, risk rating matrices, and financial analysis; Provide an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers.
Work House are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Mon. through Fri.
This position has the possibility of being a hybrid remote/onsite (Omaha) after successful training and proven capability.This position would require 3 days a week onsite and the other 2 days working remote.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Perform all underwriting functions in accordance with established policies, laws, and regulations
2. Ensure credit analysis, loan memorandums, and related documentation are completed accurately and timely
3. Provide an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers
4. Understand and comply with bank policies and applicable laws and regulations including the Bank's BSA/AML program
5. Exhibit professional behavior, promote positive working relationships, and maintain regular and predictable attendance
Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred, or equivalent work experience
2. One year credit underwriting or related experience, preferably in Commercial Lending
3. Ability to multi-task while adhering to timetables for completion
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Working knowledge of applicable compliance regulations including (but not limited to) FCRA, CRA, HMDA, and BSA
Additional Qualifications:
1. Preferably, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
2. Preferably, a working knowledge of Optimist, First Impressions, TBS and First Work
