Moody Nolan is seeking an individual to assist our Information Design Technology Team.
Duties
- Phone, email, and in-person tech support
- Software/Hardware/Network/Server troubleshooting and maintenance
- Configure and upgrade servers and desktop/laptop computers
- Software/hardware deployment planning and execution
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- 3-5 years system administration experience
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain laptops, PCs, networking, server and related hardware and software
- Ability to identify and resolve computer, server, and network malfunctions and operational problems
- Experience working in and maintaining an active directory environment
- Experience working with hypervisors
- Scripting experience for software deployments and other admin tasks
- Experience in the AEC industry is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
