This role is responsible for performing admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of customer service experience and a High School Diploma/GED.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating patient care and communication with healthcare teams
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of medical records
• Utilizing quality auditing and reporting systems to ensure accounts are corrected
• Pre-registering patient accounts prior to patient visits
• Providing education and support to patients and families
