At our Denver, Colorado office, we are seeking a motivated crew member to embark on an exciting career in the outdoor advertising industry.
The primary focus of this role is to assist in the installation and maintenance of billboards, which includes hanging advertisements, maintaining structures, and ensuring visual appeal. You will be a vital part of an installation crew, where every day brings new challenges and rewards.

What We Expect From You:
• Strong communication skills in English
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work well with a team
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Adhere to safety standards while working
• Ability to work from ladders and carry tools and equipment
• Knowledge of electrical and fabrication skills
• Experience reading technical documents like blueprints and diagrams
• General knowledge of relevant safety regulations
• Ability to document installations with photos and logs
• Mathematical skills related to construction tasks
• Skill in prioritizing responsibilities effectively
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Completion of OSHA 10-hour Construction course required
• Preferred certifications: CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD
• Prior experience at heights of up to 200 feet is a plus
A Day in the Life:
• Install and maintain billboards, including flexes and vinyls
• Conduct routine maintenance, such as tightening bolts and changing light bulbs
• Build extensions, perform minor electrical repairs, and maintain clean work areas
• Utilize power and manual tools while following safety regulations
• Handle vehicle maintenance and tool inventory
• Document completed work through photographs
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• Work primarily outdoors and be prepared for various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 100 pounds) and work at heights
• Less than 10% of time spent traveling overnight
• Possible on-call shifts may be required
