• This job is a member of the Compliance Team within the People/HR Division.
• Responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements.
What You'll Do
• Supports the HR Compliance team and Operations with responsibilities to include, obtaining fingerprint/background check results and process fingerprint clearance letters; maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal Services; and database entry
• Troubleshoot shoot any Access database issues
• Prepares and analyzes HR Compliance data between various files working closely with HRIS and EC system.
• In this role, you will conduct advanced analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance.
• Interact with customers and team on a daily basis
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience working with HRIS/databases, or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Familiarity with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
• Exposure to the TSA Clearinghouse database
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
• Knowledge of advanced Excel skills such as formatting, creating complicated formulas, and Vlookup / Xlookup
• Knowledge of advanced Access skills
• Knowledge of SharePoint
• Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports
• Exceptional decision making capabilities and strong organizational skills
• Ability to concurrently handle multiple responsibilities
• Proven problem solving skills
• Ability to administer fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements
• Ability to educate the business units on government requirements, internal and external processes and outcomes
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of the TSA Clearinghouse database
