About This Role: The Americas Benefits Manager is a senior-level position within the HR team responsible for managing the design, development, and execution of benefits programs in the Americas region. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the HR leadership team, ensuring that benefits programs align with the company's overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, including strategic oversight of complex self-insured and large group insurance programs. They will be responsible for managing the company's 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, including daily management, new hire enrollment, plan communications, and vendor management. Additionally, they will oversee the administration of health and welfare benefits, including claims processing, COBRA administration, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Manage the company's 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, including daily management, new hire enrollment, and plan communications
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits services
