Job Description:
Manages operations for processes within Consumer Credit Assistance -Fulfillment, supporting a variety of products. Reports to group operations manager. Manages and supervises the work efforts of as many as fifteen direct reports. Manager, oversees a section of the company's internal operations activities. Key responsibilities include supervision of associates in their day-to-day functions and process ownership of key operational functions. These functions include the review and resolution of exceptions and requests within specific operations units. Other key responsibilities will include motivating, coaching and developing associates to achieve optimal quality and efficiency performance results. Performs all managerial functions, leads project work, identifies process opportunities, speaks & represents the business to partners, and continually utilizes independent judgment. Typically 3-5 years of operations experience. Will have at 8-12 direct reports.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback to employees and coach to proficiency
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a high demand environment with changing priorities
Takes accountability for results
Able to identify and escalate risk
Able to lead employees and business partners through the deployment of process and operational initiatives
Able to represent business to a numerous partners in a variety of settings, including delivering performance results to executive leadership
Project management experience
Quality & monitoring experience
Desired Skills:
College Degree preferred
Previous process & operational experience
Previous management experience

1st shift (United States of America)
