Overview: The Senior Vice President of Wind Construction and Renewable Services is a pivotal leader responsible for driving the strategic vision and operational excellence across the Wind & Renewable Services groups. This role is instrumental in identifying new resources and revenue streams, optimizing operational processes, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance performance and efficiency.
Location & Travel: Preference may be given to candidates located in or near our office locations: Indianapolis, IN, Fargo, ND, or Phoenix, AZ. Remote option is available contingent on qualifications and experience. Expect up to 50% travel to regional office locations, with eligibility for an annual incentive plan and vehicle allowance.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the strategic plan for the Wind and Renewable Services unit.
• Lead administration functions and evaluate performance to meet division goals.
• Offer strategic advice and insights to senior executives regarding long-range planning and regulatory impacts.
• Ensure timely and accurate analysis of budgets and business trends to support executive decision-making.
• Establish and enforce policies that enhance operational effectiveness.
• Build credibility as a problem solver for administrative challenges, including evaluating outsourcing opportunities.
• Provide financial guidance related to budgeting and departmental performance.
• Manage relationships with governmental officials, ensuring compliance and communication on legislative issues.
• Serve as a representative for the division in community engagements and media communications.
• Oversee contract negotiations, collaborating with the CFO on financial considerations.
• Continuously assess and improve administrative efficacy and team structures for individual growth.
• Champion and adhere to all company safety protocols.
• Participate in executive team discussions about business continuity and succession planning.
Mergers and Acquisitions:
• Advise on potential merger and acquisition targets within relevant geographies and technologies.
• Manage the M&A process specific to Wind Construction and Renewable Services.
• Collaborate with internal task forces to facilitate successful mergers and acquisitions.
• Identify new market opportunities for diversification.
• Recommend business models to leverage emerging market chances.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 15 years in the construction industry including 5+ years in leadership roles.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
