We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Camp Director. This key role will oversee daily camp operations, supervise staff, and implement engaging programs that promote positive youth development.

This position requires a strong background in youth development, leadership, and program planning. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building relationships and promoting teamwork.
• Safety and Supervision
• Ensure the well-being and safety of all campers at all times.

Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and direction to camp staff, including program planning, supervision, and evaluation.
• Assist with the development and implementation of staff orientation and training programs.
• Oversee logistics and scheduling for off-site trips and activities.
• Communicate performance standards, provide coaching and feedback, and motivate staff to achieve their best.
• Connect with staff, campers, and parents to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience working at a camp or related setting, with a focus on leadership and youth development.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and participate in various activities, as well as supervise and train staff members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and promoting teamwork.
