Registered Nurse (RN) Full-time

Boulder Creek is looking to add to our team! We are a 149-bed skilled nursing facility looking for hard-working and passionate RN’s to help us in our goal to provide 24-hour quality care for our residents. Our mission is to take great care of those who work with us, and that our care will be passed on to the residents.
We are looking for people who love their jobs. People who are committed to working as a team and have high expectations for themselves and for the facility they work in. We are looking for employees who are punctual, have attention to detail, and consistently deliver high quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity. It will be critical that our RN’s are leaders. We expect our RN’s to be problem solvers and help to create the culture on the floor of hard work, teamwork, and keep the front-line nurses and assistants inspired and having a good time in a great environment.

Our RN’s are great at accomplishing their duties which include:
• Administer medications according to policy and procedure.
• Administer IV's according to policy and procedure if certified and within scope of practice as designated by state
• Observe and document patient's response to pertinent medications.
• Demonstrate ability and appropriate technical skills when administering treatments and procedures in accordance with physician's orders and policy and procedure (done within a timely manner).
• Demonstrate necessary skills and knowledge to provide care for patients according to policy and procedure.
• Demonstrate necessary skills and knowledge to provide care for patients according to division/unit specific competencies.
• Demonstrate ability to handle emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner.
• Perform indirect patient care, utilizing established procedures, policies, and standards as evidenced by client/staff feedback and Operations Coordinator observation.
• Give a thorough, concise report at change of shift.
• Demonstrate accurate and timely documentation according to form guidelines.
• Accurately transcribe physician orders according to policy and procedure.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe environment for patient and staff according to policy and procedure as evidenced by staff/client feedback and Operations Coordinator observation.
• Ensure that supplies and equipment necessary for patient care are stored in an organized and efficient manner.
Must have:
• RN License
• CPR Certification
• SSN Card
• ID Card
• Must be authorized to work in the US
Looking for NOC Shift
• NOC (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
