Client Care Coordinator
-Communicating with clients, their family, case managers etc. to coordinate the care they need at home.
-Assign shifts/jobs to caregivers.
-Update schedules in our systems for clients/caregivers.
-Special projects or tasks related to client care and customer service.

-Mon to Fri 8am to 4pm
-Training provided, relevant experience preferred but not required
-Must have excellent phone skills and customer service skills
-Clean background
-Must be reliable and have a reliable car
-Must be comfortable using computers/multi line phone systems
-Be comfortable working with others in the office as a team member
