Enterprise Customer Care AEM Support Engineering Manager



Work Location:Fully Remote - U.S.Position:The Enterprise Customer Care (ECC) Support Engineering Manager will drive all support, maintenance, and DevOps activities for the Enterprise Customer Care Portal. You will work closely with our business partners, developers, quality engineers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to support a state-of-the-art Digital Servicing Platform. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, deep technical support knowledge of AEM 6.3+ and place the customer the center of all they do.Core Responsibilities:• Configure and maintain development tools to include CI/CD, environment automation, code quality, platform tools, and test script development• Developing partnership with Adobe to drive release updates, understand impacts and validate build• Implement, manage, and monitor application performance across all environments• Create, manage, and maintain updates for all run books• Coordinate with partners to deploy code changes and system configurations• Strong experience with OSGi back-end technology stack of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.4 and/or 6.5 to develop and manage AEM bundles and their configurations.• Experience in service-oriented architecture, enterprise integration patterns and API gateways• Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries (jQuery, Grunt, Bootstrap etc.) and CSS pre-processing platforms (SASS). • Experience with secure coding practices.• Good experience in AEM Query builder and Indexing. Requirements:• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or commensurate experience working with digital service technology in a leadership role• 3 or more years of experience with DevOps• 2 or more years’ experience installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Adobe Experience Manager v6.3 and higher• 2 or more years installing, configuring, and supporting Adobe Experience Manager Dispatcher in a multi-tier environment• Strong experience with automation tools: Functionalize or similar, performance tools: NeoLoad or similar, code quality tools; Sealights, Sonar or similar and deployment tools: Jenkins, Adobe Pipeline or similar• Working understanding of Python, Perl, Shell Scripting• Work directly with servers and server-side: AJAX, JS, Angular, React• Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing offshore teams.• Experience with authoring, editing, and creating/presenting technical documents.• Experience working with top tier Cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft, and/or Google).• Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.• Experience supporting high availability enterprise production systems• Continuous integration experience with Jenkins and GitLab CI/CDPreferred Qualifications:• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.• Adobe AEM certifications beneficial• Significant experience managing and maintaining high availability enterprise production systems preferred• Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.• Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities.• Ability to work effectively with resources in multiple locations• Experienced in Agile methods, processes, and tools • Knowledge of common SDLC phases, deliverables, and processes• Outgoing and inquisitive personality who can work independently• Proven ability to be effective and adaptable in response to frequent change and ambiguity• Experience with the US Healthcare system• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across a large, cross-functional team• Tools: Jira, Confluence, VISIO (or other similar tool), wireframing tools (i.e. Balsamiq), PostmanTravel:

New York and New Jersey Residents Only : The salary range for New York City, NY and Westchester County, NY is $104,305 - $202,200. The salary range for Ithaca, NY is $90,700 - $168,500. The salary range for Jersey City, NJ is $108,840 - $202,200.
