We are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Solutions Expert to join our team at Ensemble Health Partners. As a Revenue Cycle Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified vendors, managing vendor relationships, negotiating costs and contracts, and ensuring compliance with all Ensemble policies and procedures. As a Revenue Cycle Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified vendors, managing vendor relationships, negotiating costs and contracts, and ensuring compliance with all Ensemble policies and procedures. You will act as the window between Ensemble and vendors, driving service strategy from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough sourcing activities based on the Five Pillars of vendor management (Strategy, Value, Information, Performance, Relationship)
- Provide clear business cases upon assessment of vendor proposals, including logic, tactics, and cost breakdowns
- Work collaboratively with client delivery, operational leaders, and project managers to drive service strategy from start to finish
- Maintain relationships with vendors and provide feedback on performance, relationship, and vision
- Manage issues and schedule changes with vendors, capturing cost impact and leading action plans for resolution
- Develop and implement annual service category strategies by assessing trends, vendor performance, and cost competitiveness
- Lead Annual Price Review (APR) discussions and kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives for assigned services to reduce costs
- Create and maintain cost models and playbooks for services
- Benchmark new vendors and support due diligence processes with relevant stakeholders
Experience We Love:
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role or field
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, buying, or purchasing
- Intermediate-level MS Office skills and project management experience
- Basic understanding of revenue cycle principles
- Lean management/Kaizen experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
