Job Description:

At Regions, the Enterprise Operations Team Leader provides administrative and operational support within Enterprise Operations in accordance with established systems and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversees team day to day deliverables, develops fellow associates, and delivers subject expertise
  • Coordinates the daily workflow ensuring operating schedules are met
  • Performs quality reviews for work product accuracy and completion
  • Serves as an expert within their area of expertise and are fully capable of executing / completing all but the most complex transactions and tasks
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines
  • Refers more complex problems to their supervisor or manager for resolution
  • Trains and mentors associates, however does not have direct management responsibility

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Four (4) years of operations experience
  • Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position

Preferences

  • Leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to work 8am-6:30pm. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. This is a weekend position.
