The Employee Ombudsperson and the Employee Engagement specialist is a designated neutral dispute resolution practitioner who provides confidential and informal assistance to UHS employees concerned about an issue in addition to working on Employee engagement initiatives and our systemwide Recognition program all aimed at ensuring we constantly move the needle on creating a positive experience throughout the life cycle of the employees journey with UHS and Employees feel part of an inclusive work environment.
This role researches answers to queries, facilitates informal conflict resolution processes, and helps individuals to develop and evaluate options in collaboration with the HRB - Ps, the UHS leaders and the Talent, Performance and Organizational Effectiveness team.
