At Wendy's, our Grill Operators play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience and ensuring the quality of our food. They are responsible for cooking small batches of products throughout the shift to maintain the freshness and juiciness of our offerings. Additionally, Grill Operators assist in maintaining exceptional cleanliness both inside and outside the restaurant. As a member of the Wendy's team, you will receive the necessary tools and training to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cooking small batches of food products to ensure freshness
• Assisting in achieving and maintaining outstanding restaurant cleanliness
• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
• Unloading delivery truck at least twice a week
• Taking out and emptying trash
• Operating specific cooking equipment
• Cutting food products and preparing orders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
