Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative marketer who can develop insightful and impactful strategies that inspire creative teams and resonate with target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting primary and secondary research to uncover meaningful consumer insights and cultural trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify key consumer insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to craft compelling briefs that ignite fresh and bold ideas.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a strategic role at an advertising agency.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Skillset: Exceptional ability to translate data and identify human insights that drive successful campaigns.
What We Offer:
• Competitive Compensation: Annual salary ($125,000 - $140,000 DOE)
• Regular Schedule: Exempt regular schedule
