Job Title: Security Compliance Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Security Compliance Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government, customer, and company security policies and procedures. They will also provide guidance and direction to team members on security matters.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with government, customer, and company security policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members on security matters.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to address security challenges and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in security efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience working with SAP and SCI programs.
• Strong understanding of DoD Manual 5205.07 Vol 1-4, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, ICDs, DoDI 5105.21 Vol 1-3, and RMF standards (NIST 800-53, JSIG).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
