• Provide friendly customer service, helping customers shop and find what they need.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experiences, handling cash transactions accurately.
• Engage customers about our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, completing enrollments as needed.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey and assist with online processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes to maintain store recovery standards.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance tasks, including returns and general store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.
• Interact positively and respectfully with colleagues, promoting commitment to the organization's vision and values.

Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment
• Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas.
• Somewhat physically demanding environment with occasional outdoor work.
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
