Job Summary: DSL Northwest Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our parts department and ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parts sales, inventory, and staff training, while maintaining high standards of performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Parts Department KPI's:
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the parts department to ensure targets are met.
· Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
· Regularly report on KPI achievements and areas for improvement.
2. Parts Sales:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive parts sales.
· Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
3. Parts Inventory Management:
· Oversee the management of parts inventory in both the warehouse and trucks.
· Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels and timely replenishment of stock.
· Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
4. Inventory Analyst:
· Analyze inventory data to identify trends and forecast demand.
· Use data analysis to make informed decisions about stock levels and ordering.
· Prepare regular reports on inventory status and recommendations for improvements.
5. Warehouse Operations:
· Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing parts.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Stock Inventory Ordering:
· Coordinate and manage the ordering of stock inventory to ensure availability.
· Work with suppliers to negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of parts.
· Monitor stock levels and adjust orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
7. Parts Staff Training:
· Train and develop parts staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
· Foster a collaborative and productive work environment through effective team management.
· Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations.
8. Inventory Custody and Security:
· Oversee inventory at any DSL warehouse, truck location, and installing distributor locations.
· Maintain authority over the physical custody of all inventory, including parts and equipment.
· Issue directions on the movement of inventory items.
· Collaborate with the Director of Finance to measure the value of all goods, while ensuring the security of physical assets.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
· Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
