Your tasks will include building attractive displays, resetting product shelves, and managing inventory to maximize sales potential for the stores and suppliers you work with. Now, about you:
• Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred
• Experience in leading and training others
• Proficient in using a smartphone or tablet to record your work
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a strong focus on action and results
• Able to work independently while also supporting team dynamics
• Safety-conscious approach to job duties in a retail environment
