About the Job
The Sr. Technical Designer will play a key role in the development of golf and tennis apparel products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and meeting corporate goals.
This position requires a strong understanding of the apparel development process, including pattern making, grading, garment construction, materials, costing, manufacturing, and quality control.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain fit and construction standards for a team or product group
• Track and facilitate prototyping for styles
• Identify and address key issues and challenges in construction/manufacturing
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, team goals, new technologies, and consumer needs
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in apparel design, textile science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in apparel technical design
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
• Experience interpreting design intent and offering alternative solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and 3D software (Clo/Browzwear)
