We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to lead our capital programs in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing project execution plans and schedules, recruiting and building a competent team of construction professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Requirements
* University Degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Sciences
* General Contractor's license is preferred
* Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level
* Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining a construction management organization prioritizing safety, agility, competency, and ownership
