Join a rapidly growing insurance brokerage as a Senior Living Commercial Lines Account Manager! Leverage your extensive knowledge in commercial property coverage to thrive in this dynamic hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week, based out of our Lake Oswego, OR office.
Our client is a national insurance brokerage specializing in the Senior Living market. This new team position will provide a supportive and collaborative environment, where you will receive comprehensive training on Senior Living carriers and coverages. You will be part of a fantastic team led by an experienced mentor who is eager to share valuable insights with junior staff.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of accounts, focusing on senior living operators with multiple locations, including aging in place and full-time memory care facilities. You will work with about 16 accounts generating $1.8M in revenue, presenting you with an incredible opportunity to enhance your career and technical skills while engaging with some of the agency's most prestigious clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and prepare complete client information and applications for renewal business.
• Process change requests, binders, certificates, policies, and audits as needed, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
• Maintain effective correspondence with both clients and insurance carriers.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of client files according to company standards.
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with insurance carrier representatives.
• Verify and maintain the accuracy of account information for renewal policies, endorsements, and audits, generating billing invoices promptly.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed Commercial Account Manager.
• Expertise in layered property coverage; experience in Real Estate or Habitational Property coverage is essential.
• Must come from a retail independent brokerage background; no direct writers, please.
• Oregon P & C license is required.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
