Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Manager plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations. This position involves providing administrative support to the customer service team, managing customer inquiries and issues, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain customer records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and other departments to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer service.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience in the printing or publishing industry.
