About the Role
Daxko is seeking a Senior Demand Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketer to drive business results through data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, including goal setting, budget management, and performance measurement. They will be an expert in account-based marketing (ABM) and inbound funnel strategies, with a strong understanding of SEO, CRO, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, events, PPC, and social media.
The Senior Demand Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Operations, to create and execute demand generation strategies that engage the right buyers at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with targeted audiences and sales objectives to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Create marketing plans that leverage affiliate networks, paid acquisition, search, email, mobile, and website CRO.
- Work closely with designers and copywriters to craft compelling content that aligns with campaign strategy.
- Manage the execution, tracking, and optimization of marketing campaigns, providing performance reports and recommendations.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to ensure strong alignment on lead generation, outreach cadence, and follow-up strategies.
- Own the strategy for paid media, collaborating with the paid team to drive results.
- Integrate new campaigns into email nurture programs and optimize audience segmentation.
- Establish and refine workflow processes to improve team efficiency and campaign performance.
- Build and implement a reporting framework for A/B testing, ensuring data-driven campaign improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B technology/SaaS marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, including goal setting, budget management, and performance measurement.
- Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and inbound funnel strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, events, PPC, and social media.
- Ability to analyze data, implement A/B testing strategies, and optimize performance to key KPIs.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and drive measurable outcomes.
