Job DescriptionOur client is in need of a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join their amazing HR team Qualified candidates will be responsible for the following: Assist the HR team with on-boarding and off-boarding tasks Assist with all recruitment efforts, from posting jobs, interviews and making offers Compile and enter employee data into HRIS Manage the orientation process for new hires Administer benefits programs Help manage the employee engagement programs Additional responsibilites as needed Qualifications include: Minimum of 3 years in the Human Resources space Previous experience with orientation, onboarding, recruiting, employee relations Strong written and verbal communication skills #LI-JCM
