OVERVIEW: As a Notary Signing Agent, your primary responsibilities will include connecting with reputable companies, notarizing mortgage loan documents, and conducting general notary work within your local area, right here in the United States!
QUALIFICATIONS:
• U.S. Citizenship: You MUST be a U.S. citizen to apply.
• Active Notary Commission: You should hold a current and active Notary Commission for your respective state in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Experience: You should have a minimum of one year of experience in fields relevant to notary work.
• Education: High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Background Check: A background check is a part of the application process.
SKILLS: Proficiency in MS Office 365 is essential. Excellent communication skills are crucial. Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization abilities are necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: To excel in this role, you will need access to a computer, Internet connectivity, and a well-equipped home office setup.
PAYMENT: Compensation for your services will range from $125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment, with each signing taking approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
